Standard Trading Conditions (STC)
All business undertaken by Eli-Cass Logistics is subject to our Standard Trading Conditions. These conditions define our role as a freight forwarder and logistics provider in South Africa, outlining the limits of our liability and the responsibilities of the cargo owner. In line with industry best practices, we operate under the general principles of the South African Association of Freight Forwarders (SAAFF).
Operational Liabilities
Our services—covering international sea and air freight as well as regional road transport—are performed with due diligence. However, shippers are advised that our liability is strictly limited. We strongly encourage all clients to arrange comprehensive marine and transit insurance to protect their interests during the supply chain process.
